📖 About the Game

Scarfall is a 2D arcade climbing game where you play as a tiny 🪲 beetle trying to reach the top of a magical scarf being knitted in real time by a grandma sitting in her rocking chair.

The scarf only grows if grandma keeps knitting — and dangerous objects are constantly falling from above trying to knock you down. Climb fast, dodge smart, and reach the top before grandma gets tired!

🎮 Gameplay

• 🧶 The scarf grows longer every time grandma knits
• 🪲 The beetle climbs diagonally up the scarf — left or right
• ☄️ Falling objects will knock the beetle down on impact
• 📈 The longer the scarf, the faster and more frequent the falling objects become
• 🏁 Reach the very top of the scarf to win!

Your score equals the length of the scarf in meters when the game ends.
How long of a scarf can you knit before everything falls apart?

⚠️ Ways to Lose

• 🪲 The beetle falls off the sides of the scarf
• ☄️ The beetle gets knocked below the screen by a falling object
• 😴 Grandma stops knitting for too long and the scarf stops growing
